There’s a lot more traffic on the ice this week, more roads are plowed, and more house are popping up. Staying mobile is the key to having a double digit day! For daytime fishing 20-24ft of water has been best, the fish are moving a bit more shallow to about 12-15ft of water at night. Dead sticks and tip ups are still working best. however there’s some fish being caught jigging with minnows. Try sticking to structures such as reefs, rocks, gravel bars and gravel mud transitions. Most of the lake has 13-15 inches of ice there are still spots with less. Most resorts are letting out half tons or less. Please stay on the marked roads and adhere to speed limits.
