Story 55’ x 40’ are 3,940 or 3,636 sq ft with 1,970 & 1,818 sq ft per side. These condos can be opened up as single units!


Providing First Class Accomodations & Service on Mille Lacs, Isle Minnesota!

These executive condos are two story units with warm and snug log interiors, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious open loft overlooking the living room. The semi-private loft is used as a fifth bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and complete with large dining table, full size refrigerator and dishwasher.

Amenities include Blue-ray player, cable TV, gas fireplace, three bathrooms, and central air conditioning. An adjoining inside door connects the condos for larger groups. Outdoor comforts include deck with picnic table, a gas grill and fire pit inthe yard. Towels and linens are furnished. Rates are based on a two night minimum stay. Maid service is available for $55 per day. These units are limited to 15 guests.

Reservations:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay. Cabins and condos require an advance deposit. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Hotel Rooms and RV Sites – All hotel and RV sites require a 72 hours notice for cancellation without penalty. Reservations cancelled inside the 72 hour window are responsible for the rental rates unless we are able to re-rent the unit(s).
    Open launches require 72 hour notice prior to departure or guest is responsible for trip fees.
  • Cabins and launches – All cabin and condos, and privately charted launches require 60 days advance notice for cancellation. All reservation cancellations carry a 10% processing charge. Reservations cancelled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount unless we are able to re-rent the units. All reservations cancelled prior to the 60 day window receive a refund, less processing fees.
  • Guide, and Rental Services – All guide service, snowmobile and ATV rentals require a 15 day prior notice for cancellation. Any refunds on deposits are subject to a 10% processing fee. All cancellations inside the 15 day window are responsible for the entire amount of their scheduled trip. Cancellations due to weather may reschedule or receive full deposit less 10% processing fee.
  • Condos & Fish house rentals – All Condos/Fish houses require a non refundable Deposit. All Condos/Fish houses require 60 day advance notice for cancellation. Reservations canceled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount unless we are able to re-rent the units.
